Welcome to the new and improved AdoptionBlogs.com! You’ll notice several changes – including our improved RSS Feeds, now powered by Feedburner! There are several ways you subscribe to your favorite blog or even all of the blogs here at AdoptionBlogs.com.
To receive daily emails of what’s happened, simply enter your email address in the box provided, validate the image, then you’ll start getting emails from Feedburner and AdoptionBlogs.com letting you know that posts have been made.
Also, signing in is easier than ever – now you can sign in right on the AdoptionBlogs.com homepage. Enter your user name and password – then you’ll be prompted to validate your email address before you’re allowed to post. Once you’ve confirmed your email address, you’ll be able to post comments to all of your favorite blogs.
Remember, registration is required – and registration requires a valid email address. If you’ve registered previously but no longer have access to your email address, please send an email with your user name and the email address you registered with to Editor@adoptionblogs.com and we’ll help you out.

Your validation system is anything but smooth or easy to use. You are right, it doesn’t work on AOL, gosh, do you suppose that isn’t so good? It does no good to go to another server, now your system sees you as a newbie. The way it really does work? Try to sign in, be denied, leave your browser, restart the browser, enter the blog and now you are signed in. I do anticipate your bloggers not having to waste as much time answering comments, but it might have a bit of an effect on readership. John

Most everything ‘doesn’t work on AOL’.
I have no idea what you mean about ‘new server’ – we’ve not made any hardware changes here, only software changes.
Thanks for reporting your problems – we’ll look into them of course…the AOL issue is an AOL issue – but you being denied login is something we’ll look into more.
Do you think you can explain the problem a bit better, it didn’t make a lot of sense. Are you saying you logged in, were denied (what do you mean by that, bad password?) then came back and got in fine?
Ok John – gotcha.
I duplicated the problem – will resolve this in the AM – I can’t do it tonight…
To avoid this problem, at least for tonight – we’ve created a new login box on the right of the page, at the top of the screen – logging in there will NOT take you to the Admin page…which is what it’s trying to do when you login now

Denied means getting the screen saying “You are a newcommer, so you will need to wait for us to review…”. after being denied, you leave the blog, and then re-enter the blog and you are now logged in. John
PS You are right about AOL and quirky, but same result on earthlink.
Are there any “adoptee” blogs ?
